Leadership team

Yashish Dahiya, CEO

Yashish is the CEO of Policybazaar. He has led the emergence of Policybazaar, executing long term strategies and drawing direction for the companys growth. Prior to his current role, Yashish served as the CEO of First Europa, a Global Online Insurance Broker with operations in 9 countries. He has served as Managing Director for ebookers Plc, a travel business which employed 2000 people across 13 countries in Europe.
Yashish has been a Management Consultant with Bain & Co, in addition to serving with TATA Interactive and ITW. Yashish is an MBA from INSEAD, PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and a graduate from IIT Delhi.

Alok Bansal, CFO

Alok is the CFO of Policybazaar. He leads the Finance department, including Corporate Finance & Controllership, Treasury, Tax and Strategic Planning & Analysis Functions. Alok is responsible for the Strategic Alliances Division. Prior to this, Alok has served as the Director, Finance with First Europa.
He has served in various cross-functional leadership roles with Mahindra & Mahindra and General Electric (GE). Alok is a PGDM from IIM Kolkata.

Saurabh Tiwari, CTO

Saurabh Tiwari is the CTO of PolicyBazaar. He is responsible for defining and overseeing the technical strategy and operations. These include innovation and application of technology in areas starting from back-office to website management. Prior to this Saurabh was working with IBM as a cross-brand architect. He graduated from IIT Kanpur and did his MS from National University of Singapore (NUS).
He has also done Executive Program in Business Management from IIM Kolkata. He has a great drive towards success and making every moment of life a great success

Naveen Kukreja, Group CMO & Director – Non Insurance Business

Naveen is the Group Chief Marketing Officer for PolicyBazaar and the Director for our Non-Insurance business. He is responsible for leading overall Marketing and strengthening the brand presence further. He also heads the expansion efforts for the Organization in the non insurance space.
Naveen comes with a rich experience of close to 13 years in the financial services, having worked with Capital One Bank in the UK and Citibank in India and most recently, as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Aviva Life Insurance. At Aviva, Naveen was instrumental in formulating the strategy for establishing and growing the digital business besides leading the overall strategy and analytics function.
Naveen has studied engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma from IIM Calcutta.
